FBA disposal orders created by Amazon despite Automatic Removal settings

We have had several disposal orders generated by Amazon over the last few months, despite our automatic removal settings being in place.

We have opened many cases about this and have gotten nowhere. Can @Jameson_Amazon@Topher_Amazonor another moderator please assist?

You are not alone. The same situation happened to us: over 100 products were disposed of instead of being returned. We've had many back-and-forth communications with seller support, but we always receive the same copy-paste responses. Case ID: 15251451871

Current there is no solution from amazon regarding this system bug. They won't investigate and you wont get any reimbursement. You are on your own. The only solution for us to pull an fba inventory report, sort out all unfulfillable inventories and manually create a removal order for all of the units, do this once every month or so. Yes, we do have automatic removal setting in place.

Good morning @Seller_FCNzmk7Ljof4Q, and thank you for your patience while I looked into this. I have escalated the issue to our internal team, requesting additional review. They will reach out to you via a new case log in 1-2 business days, or they may provide information to me directly to share with you. Thanks again!
