Who will take sellers' money after their seller account is deactivated?
Who will take sellers' money after their seller account is deactivated?
I'm a FBA seller and my account will be closed by Amazon 10 days later.
------------------------------------
We believe that your account has been, or our controls identify that it may be used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
------------------------------------
Amazon has everything they need, including business information, purchasing invoice and detail page information. But they still insist on that an inocent seller may sell fake items even if they know their claim is sheer defamation. You can check our inventory, detail page and invoices. Besides, you can ask some buyers. But Amazn refuses to do so.
We couldn't prove that we didn't sell fake items because we have never sold any fake item and also we have submitted all required information and you just auto rejected appeals again and again. What's your standard?
If Amazon will take our all money after they reject our appeal many times, everything will be clear.
Don't pretend to be a customer-centered platform, you are just a platform doing illegal and criminal activities and spare no effort to take every penny from our seller account.
If we could choose, we will donate our money to those who need money to survive.

Good morning @Seller_JazesZQnYpOdV,
Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums! I do hope this finds you well.
I understand you have questions regarding your account.

From the information provided here, it appears Amazon is looking to verify the supply chain of products you have listed for sale.
In regards to authenticity, all sellers are expected to list items with the most accurate information and ensure those products are authentic and coming from a authorized source. This is done in accordance to local, state, federal laws and regulations in addition to Amazon policies on anti-counterfeiting. "If anyone sells or supplies inauthentic products, we may immediately suspend or terminate an Amazon selling account (and any related accounts) and dispose of any inauthentic products in our fulfillment centers at your expense. In addition, we do not pay sellers until we are confident our customers have received the authentic products they ordered."
What information is present on the listing? Does it contain a brand you are authorized to sell? How about any intellectual property?
Often times, it could be that there is a question about your supply chain. Unless otherwise requested, the team will be looking for responsible sourcing documentation and letters of authorization or licensing agreements you have for the given brand. Do you have this documentation? Do these meet the requirements listed on those help pages?
Feel free to further utilize this thread so the community and I can support you as you work to resolve the requests on your account!
All the best,
Stevie.
