Requesting reimbursement for overcharged fba fees

Dear Amazon Forum Support

I have been trying to get reimbursement for fees for 2 orders where I have been overcharged. I have opened the following cases ID 15841449771 and 15617253601 where I have detailed screenshots. For both orders I have been charged over 300 CAD in fba fees- however the fba fee for this product is only 19 CAD. The fees for this product have always been 19 CAD, however amazon mistook the product for large oversize for which I had to ask for a remeasurement to bring the fees to the correct dimensions, after which the fees were brought back down again. However when I request reimbursement for the 2 orders where I was overcharged amazon keeps giving me an automated message of the current fees stating that no reimbursement is due. Can you please help? @Ricardo_Amazon
