Image in listing is not my product image
I have a handmade art craft product that doesn’t have a barcode or an ID , got an exemption from amazon to list it as Generic, created my first product the image worked OK and was displayed normally, the other 2 products, despite uploading several times and my own product pictures are uploaded in the listing, a different photo (not mine) is displayed instead.
However, just above the page says:
Live on Amazon
There are currently no images for this product.
I just cannot get them to display, even deleting MAIN and uploading again does not fix the issue.
And checked on the next morning, issue remains the same.
What should I do to make the uploaded images be displayed in the listing.

We have continual problems with other seller’s pics of an entirely different product taking over from our correct images. You can try using the change product details but don’t hold your breath. When we open a case to remove these images we have along reply about submitting pics with this that and the other numbers. They are plants so as such don’t have a barcode on them but we do use our own GS1 barcode numbers… Try that and see what they say
