Percentage Off Promotion Coupon - How to limit the quantity
Is there a way to limit the quantity of an item a customer can purchase when they are using a percentage off claim code coupon? For example, we want to offer 10% off a new item but limit it to only 1 quantity per customer. I don't see any options to do that in the settings unless I missed something.

You should be able to go to Seller Central and edit the appropriate product listing to set a maximum order quantity.
In your Seller Central account go to Inventory>Manage Inventory and find the product you want to edit>Click the Edit button>Once your listing opens up for editing, go to the Offer tab>Max Order Quantity and set it to a low number such as 1. When the promotion is over, you can edit your listing to allow more than one item to be purchased per order.
I suggest you don't run more than one discount on a product at the same time. I recommend you start small and watch the promotion and your sales closely. In the event that something unforeseen impacts you negatively, you can stop the promotion asap.
