Error 8541 Name Conflict Accross All EU Marketplaces. What to do?

We are facing major issues with 8541 Error code on Title Name. Like most of sellers here, hours with Support and mails for weeks without any help at all.
The correct value we have as a Brand Owner seems also to be correct and are winning contribution in Amazon back-end system. Still an incorrect Title Name shows up and cause 8541 conflicts upon edits or file uploads. These errors started some weeks ago without we even touch our listings or made any adjustments what’s so ever. We have this same SKU and ASIN across Europe and the error code shows different titles in different countries. They are mixing between marketplaces. Never seen this before.
- Delete/Re-list after 24h has not been working.
- Amazon has clear back-end. We deleted and re-listed, not worked.
- Amazon has cleared the Amazon Retail Value. Waited 24h without effect.
- Amazon preform a hard re-set of the ASIN, still same issue.
Basically, the Value we would like to use is reflecting in the Amazon back-end. Still this old incorrect name creates 8541 errors, and no-one can explain where they are from or how to fix.
Anyone experience the same, idea what we can test?

You can only test your patience, having this issue from last 2 months and no one ones whats happening, I am brand owner and i am being asked to take approval. And same issue with listings.

We have had this issue for 6 months or so with absolutely no resolution from Amazon support. Its essentially blocked whole items for sale as it pull errors up on random skus which then cannot be repaired.
If you do find a solution we would be very interested as well.
