Getting an attribute changed through Brand Registry

For starters, I am the brand owner for my product and need to get the Color attribute changed. The latest case I have made about resulted in being told 3 times to delete, wait 24 hours and relist despite this not having been successful even before the case was made (this is not the first one on this product). This has not worked, multiple times. I have tried speaking the captive team on the phone and one operator told me the delete-relist script then immediately hung up. The next talked to me further but said that the attribute is correct on their end but when I try to submit a feed file with the correct attribute it says the amazon catalog attribute is something different. Next I sent screenshots of the errors and was told that my submission was not formatted correctly (the error showed no hyphen) but all of my feed files had the hyphen and were identical to what I was told I needed to submit instead. Is there anything else I can do here? It seems odd that Brand Registry wouldn't be aware that the feedback on the spreadsheet changes the formatting and I just want this resolved if possible.

I am now being told that the information on the page is already updated but the information isn't. I am sent a link to show that it has changed and it hasn't. Others have followed the link from different browsers and computers and it is the old information. Is there an admin or anyone that can help?

Hi there @Seller_TBpiOrrt1r8um,

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your listing and the color attribute. In some instances old data might be retained and a listing must be deleted and relisted, using the same ASIN (and SKU if listing on FBA) to clear the old data. I would recommend deleting, waiting 48 hours and then attempting to list again. If you still are having issue after this please let me know here.
