KYC Business information re-verification

Please help me with my Kyc verification, I have sent all relevant Documents and everything they have asked for yet have still had issues and not been verified. I am out of ideas and options and need my seller account to be verified ASAP
I think I am stuck in an automation loop. I submitted everything for identity verification and after 30 seconds get this error:
