Verify Identity via Virtual Interview

Hi Everyone,

I have been trading on Amazon for several years with no real problems from Amazon.

Out of the blue today, I received an email stating that they have "reviewed your account and would like to confirm your identity" by completing a "virtual identity verification over a video interview." otherwise my account will be deactivated on 1st Feb!

Has anyone had to do this before and having filled out the little questionnaire they sent, it sounds like they need to see a fair amount of documentation (including supplier details and invoices etc.)

Any help / advice would be greatly received.

I am in the same situation for a fortnight, somehow keep getting link to book 3 slots, but nothing after. I finally got an interview call for 23rd which I was present for - before time and waiting in the virtual waiting area for 20mins... later rec'd an email saying I did not turn up. This is so frustrating... please let me know how it is going for you
