ODR affected by A-Z Guarantee "Different from what I ordered"
I absolutely understand that a customer can return an item for any reason. However this particular customer has opened an A-Z for "Different from what I ordered". In the photo, the item is exactly what they ordered.
The customers comments are
"I send it it will arrive you shortly Thank you"
So I assume they simply wanted to return for a full refund and that is completely fine. However I've just seen this has afffected my ODR and I now have a big yellow warning for going over the metric. This is the first A-Z I've had in a very long time and I feel that is simply a mistake by the customer.
Can this please be removed
