SAME REPLY FOR MULTIPLE CASES OF LOST INBOUND INVENTORY

So as a seller that praises and prioritizes quality control, transparency and overall running an honest business, it becomes very very hard when amazon responds with a templated reply, completely opting out of any responsibility and accountability for my lost inbound units.

I have iterated again and again to the support team that tracking confirmed they received my boxes. Amazon system acknowledged that all 4 boxes have been received. These boxes were manufacturer case packs which come directly from the manufacturer and they were delivered to Amazon. How is it that they then did not receive the units?

I have requested the team to Please check this matter again and again, as this discrepancy is costing me a lot and this is not the first time Amazon has lost my inbound units and then said that they have no record of ever receiving these units.

I've Already created multiple cases but they just merge my case with the original case and do nothing. And the original case just says: "We are denying your reimbursement claim for this shipment because we did not receive all of the expected units, as required by the FBA inventory reimbursement policy."

What should I do? Just accept the loss and move on, I am a very small and relatively new seller, these kind of losses are taking a toll on my business.

Cases for Shipment FBA18KPSFQ6Y: 17198595341, 16791266591, 16735835081, 16950592051, 17029754991 and 16853497841.

Cases for Shipment FBA18KPS455J: 17198675421, 16737060611, 16702720301, 16676510301 and 1668287550.
