my account is at risk of deactivation because of late FBM delivery

I'm not usually selling as FBM but I received one order last time and shipped next day morning but USPS delivered the package 1 day later than expected delivery date. anyway like I mentioned, I don't usually receive orders like FBM but like 3 orders in a month or 2 month or so. Today I checked my amazon account and noticed that there is an alert saying "Your account is at risk of deactivation" and on-time delivery rate bumped up to 33.33% because of one time late delivery due to usps. Do I have to open the case regarding this or I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this. Please give me a advice. Thank you

For starters you should enable your SSA and AHT settings in your shipping templates and general shipping settings to protect yourself from late shipments.

With these settings enabled your otdr metric will remain unharmed and your ability to self fulfill will remain.

If you are not a high volume seller, one thing will make any of your metrics fall off and get this notice.

Do not worry about it, it happens pretty regularly to my account, still here after 13 years.

edit: it drops off after 7 days. Straighten up and fly right in the meantime. One time got a CALL from Amazon support asking what I would to do help correct the situation. Instead of laughing, I said with straight face: I will do a complete audit of my inventory. (canceled order metric). No, I am not going to audit 12K books and records, but it did get me off the call.
