February's monthly storage fee report was incorrect

I have a product that weighed 0.6 lbs in December, and January, but the monthly storage report for February shows the product at 81 lbs, and for the entire month of February, the Amazon delivery fee for the item was 5.77, which is also based on 0.6 lbs, but the storage report is again based on 81 lbs. This has resulted in Amazon charging me a lot of storage fees for the month of February, and I have remeasured the item to indeed be 0.6 lbs. I asked Amazon to change the data in the February storage report and recalculate the monthly storage fee for February. But Amazon's customer service informed me that the item's weight in February was 81 pounds, that there was no error in the report, and to take the incorrect storage report to claim.

I don't know who to contact and how to resolve the issue
