FBA Shipment Delivered But Still Inbound Since 4/8 – First Time Sending to FBA
Hi,
I’m new to sending shipments to FBA and had a quick question. I sent a package that was delivered to the fulfillment center on 4/8, but the status still shows as "Inbound" with no further updates. Today is 4/28, so it’s been about 20 days without any progress.
Is this normal for a first-time FBA shipment?
Is there any way to get an update or should I just continue to wait?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have only been doing FBA for about a year but you should only see "in Transit" , "delivered", "Check-In" and "closed".
Go to your FBA dashboard. click on Shipments and click on either Shipment Event that will show you what status its at or Track Shipment that will show you where it was delivered.
