Issuing Refunds without Buyer Returning the items!
I understand that Amazon has there own process, when it comes to returns, but there should be no reason why you issue refunds to customers without trying to fully resolve the issue or require the item to be returned back to the seller! If Amazon wants to give customers Free items, with free shipping that is fine, but when a customer orders multiple quantities and the price is over a certain amount, I have a huge problem loosing money on the products, plus shipping, just for the customer to write a review that “they requested to return the item, but Amazon told me to keep it!”. This is not the first time this has been done, and we sellers have to constantly push through and eat every poor decision that is made on our behalf! Absolutely Ridiculous for us sellers to continuously have to deal with Amazon lack of support for their sellers!

I couldn't agree more. We just shipped an order that was over $2600. It was send with direct signature required. The order was received and within an hour Amazon issued a full refund and will not tell us why. Customer has not returned our product. We are now forced to sue the customer for theft of goods and services as our only option. Absolutely insane that Amazon would expect its sellers to accept these losses. Just furious.
