Featured Offer Elegibility

I’m urgently seeking assistance. I’ve already contacted Seller Support and the UK Managing Director’s office, but have yet to receive a resolution.
I’m a long-standing Amazon seller with multiple 7-figure sales history. As of this past week, I have suddenly lost Featured Offer (Buy Box) eligibility across all of my listings — including my own private label products. This change has caused my sales to drop to zero overnight, which is having a devastating impact on my business.
My account health is excellent and fully in good standing across all key metrics. There have been no changes on my end to pricing, shipping times, or product listings. It appears that my account has effectively been “switched off” without explanation.
I attempted to post in the relevant megathread but was unable to. I would really appreciate any guidance or escalation support to help resolve this as soon as possible.
