Lost inventory I have open the case multi times and it keeps getting closed. Now I can't open anymore
I have been going back and forth with Amazon since August. I have opened a case multiple times and they just give a response that is has been investigated take no responsibility and close it. I sent in 50 units 2 SKU'S and they are basically saying I sent them an empty box. The box was weighed by Canada Post and it obviously was not empty. The inventory was tracked and received then all of a sudden disappeared into thin air. I have sent them everything they ask for and they just keep closing the cases. Now I can't reopen the case anymore. Has anyone ever have any success in getting some kind of compensation?
