Want to close all EU region accounts
Hi,
Brand Registry had rejected my application as some of the accounts are not verified. I am unable to get the verified EU Region account as i don't have EU ID or Establishment in EU. I had requested for the closure of these accounts, but instead of closing the same, amazon had deactivated my accounts. Now i am looking for the help for the closure of these accounts. Amazon Help is not showing any optoin to apply for closure of the same. it's redirecting me towards account health and appeal for activation of deactivated accounts. I don't need these accounts and want to close it. These accounts were never ever activated in past as well.
Please help me to resolve this issue to get my US brand registered on Amazon Brand Registry

Deactivated accounts cannot be closed.

This will never happen until you finish verifying and reactivating the EU account(s).
Go into each EU account to see what needs to be done to finish verifying them. Read this post (Link to post) for details on how to address the global deactivations.

Deactivated accounts cannot be closed.
This will never happen until you finish verifying and reactivating the EU account(s).
As mentioned by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, any account that is currently deactivated will not quality for closure. Per our account closure policy under step 6:
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
Once all accounts are in an active status you can request them to be closed properly. I have to advise that attempting to close the store through customer service can and will result in your inability to use the EU account preventing the use of this or related stores.
This verification issue needs to be resolved to not only resolve your brand registry issue but also prevent a violation of our multiple accounts policy.
