product under dangerous goods (hazmat) review

Hello,

About 3 weeks ago a product in one of my listings started showing: "This product is under dangerous goods (hazmat) review. The details in the offer page are inconsistent. For example, the image may not match the description."

I am positively sure that the image matches the description and after researching what I needed to do, I ended up uploading a "Exemption sheet for products without harmful chemicals ", which was reviewed by Amazon and after 2 days the resolution I received was: "Not classified: Unable to classify - The images on the detail page do not match the product description. Make sure that they match".

In the meantime, I received an email from Amazon Seller Central: "Updated Information regarding dangerous goods", in which I was informed that the product for which I am having this issue presents contradicting information in the product detail page and that until this information is corrected, the product will not be available for sale and I will not be able to send units to the Amazon logistics centers.

Given all this, I have reviewed and made sure that all the information on the product detail page, as well as the images, are all correct and not contradictory at all.

I am stuck as the communications that I received from Amazon are not specific as to what I need to fix in order for my listing to become active again. I have been selling this product for over 4 years on Amazon and it is definitely not in the dangerous goods category.

I opened a support case more than 2 weeks ago but so far there has been no response from Amazon support.

I will greatly appreciate any comments or ideas of what I can try to fix this situation.

Thank you.
