No response from transparency team in the past 2 weeks

Hello all,

I applied for Amazon transparency and Brand Registry Program about 2 weeks and I have not heard back from anyone. Im trying to get Transparency labels to stick on my product, i have Live/Pending Trademark for my brand registered in USPTO, i have also applied for Amazon Brand Registry and the same situation, no response also from that team. Please help me to get responses also from Transparency team and also from Brand Registry team. There is no live chat no any support form to contact with them? filling forms with email address but getting no answer.

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to reach out here to see if you still needed some assistance.

It sounds like you have two separate issues here. If you are not yet enrolled in the Brand Registry you'll need to do that step first before Transparency as that is for Brand Owners.

This link will walk you through the process of getting started with Transparency Program.

If you have recent case #'s you've opened, please do provide them below and I'd be happy to review them in more detail.

For your Brand Registry issue, you may wish to open a separate discussion, for your specific Brand Registry request by creating a discussion and selecting the "Brand Registry" category.

I am going to do a few checks on my end and will hang tight here for your reply.
