DELAYED DELIVERY DATE AND SHIP BY DATE
We are Amazon Prime Seller for last 7 years and experiencing BIG ISSUE with the Estimated Delivery DATE Amazon is showing to all its customers Pan India. We are based in Noida and even receiving orders from Agra (few hours away) in which it is written Deliver by 8th Dec (Order date 29th Nov), i.., after 9 days. Also, Amazon ship by date for this order is after 4 days of order date.
We are informed by sellercentral easyship department, that a shipping delay profile extention of 3 days is applied to our accuont and he canonly remove it after internal approval. 8 days have passed but situation is the same.
This is happening for EasySHIP Prime Orders.
Our entire account is super goofed up because of this.
Customers are clicking on our advertisements on Amazon but not buying. Our ad cost has sky rocketed to 4 times.
Temporarily, we have shut down our advertising and escalated the issue to their head office executive management team.
After 15 days of battle on this, no resolution is provided till date.
This tactc is employed for mostly those sellers who have tried to automate Amazon advertising and controlled their ACOS.
They may want to force old prime sellers to do FBA or clicktech retail.
We stand firm to our decision that we will never do FBA or clicktech retail as we want to give best product to our custoemrs after a thorough quality check of each order. This QA can not be done by FBA team and we tried FBA in the past.
Can other sellers share their experience of this and how they have resolved it?
So far, our journey on Amazon was really good and smooth (minor issues are there in every business).
But this disaster action of delaying shipment by Easy SHip Prime is an utter nuisance and reduced our orders to less than half.
They have failed the promise of PRIME to both - their customers as well as sellers.
Prime customers are forced to spend money to get guaranteed delivery orders.
And Prime sellers have absorbed the Free Delivery cost for Prime Buyers because Amazon promised them quick delivery at the time of enrolment into Prime programe. That promise has become fake now.
We plan to un-enrol from Prime if they do not remove this delayed shipping extention from our accunt.
