Changing from individual to LLC
Hello, I'm contacting because I need some assitance with my account I recently changed my account tax info from Individual to a LLC in US, when I performed that change I saw a banner saying my account at risk of being deactivated, when I went into my account I saw a message saying that I have to complete the identity verification. When I click there I'm first being asked to complete my Business information and Primary Contact Information, I have some questions. Under the section Business information do I enter my personal information? or the LLC info? I'm from El Salvador all my personal information is from El Salvador and the LLC is from United States so that's why I'm kind of confused about which info do I enter?
I'm under the impression that I will need to update my account address to the LLC address, however if I do that I think Amazon will send a postcard to the LLC address where I don't live, I live in El Salvador, how I am I supposed to validate a code to an address where I don't live?

No. You can NOT change your "Legal Entity" and you can NOT change your country in your actual seller account. You must:
1. Sell out all your inventory or create removal orders.
2. Wait 90 days.
3. Close properly your actual account. Save Amazon's confirmation all your life.
4. Create a new seller account with your new credentials and another email address.
There is NO other possibility. Maybe in some months that can be done but not now.
Btw. A "Single Member LLC" in USA is and INDIVIDUAL and not a BUSINESS. Keep that in mind when you will create your new seller account. That can NOT be changed later on.
P.S. Why do you want to change that? What advantage?

The information being provided should align with where you are physically operating the business. If you are located in El Salvador, the business address details should reflect that of your location in El Salvador. I would advise against providing any other address as you may remain unable to verify the account information.
