Reactivating my account "My address on Seller Central"

Hello,

"I need assistance from an Amazon support member or forum moderators."

I am facing an issue with reactivating my account. I was asked to provide a utility bill in my name with my personal address. I have sent all the bills I have, which meet all the required conditions, but they are rejected every time, and the reason for rejection is not specified.

I have not found a way to contact support to understand my problem. I have sent them a message, but I receive an automated response every time. I also tried to contact them by phone, but it is not possible due to a technical issue.

I want to find a solution to my problem and get help in activating my account, either by allowing me to change my address in Seller Central or by helping me find a way to contact Amazon support and understand my problem so that I can find a solution.

(Kindly refer to the attached images, which include the email I received on beneficial owner details page and my company addresses.)

To clarify, there is an issue with the address not matching, but I am sure that the address on the bill is 100% correct. This means that the problem lies in the address I entered in Seller Central, there might be a minor error while typing.

The problem is that I cannot access my addresses in Seller Central or change them due to some restrictions, and I don't know the reason?

I also have a question: Should I send a service bill to prove the beneficial owner's address or the address of the British company I own? Because the addresses are different and from different countries?

You probably need to contact seller support to ask them to open the address section so you can change the primary contact address which should be the same as your bill
