Hi, support is useless as usual so I'm trying to get help here.

My "balance" on Amazon yesterday (Sunday) was for example $120 000, today (Monday) it's $100 000, I don't understand why. I'm not advertising right now, I didn't get a payment (they didn't send a payment), barely any refunds. I don't understand the large discrepancy for what looks like no reason? Anywhere to see an explanation for this? Like I had $120 000 yesterday, today I have $100 000, what's the reason?
