Lost shipment amazon fbm

Hi everyone, I'm new to Amazon FBM and I sent it via USPS and the product that was in the packaging was lost. The customer only received the box, what do I have to do to get my money back?

You need to refund the buyer and then file a complaint with USPS. USPS MIGHT reimburse you but Amazon will not. All Amazon will see is that the product did not arrive to the buyer.

If you shipped Priority, and purchased the label through Amazon, PirateShip, etc.then the package should carry $100 indemnity (it's $50 if you purchased over the counter at the Post Office)

Hello @Seller_iFFERxdMsgeSp

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

For Express Mail and Priority Mail, USPS automatically provides $100 of insurance, at no additional charge. For lost packages, each claim must be filled within a certain period and include proof of insurance, value and damage. You can go to the USPS site to find out more details on when to file a claim.

To file a domestic claim with USPS for the first $100 of Priority & Express Mail insurance, go to File a Claim on the USPS website. This help page provides additional information on coverage for loss or damage for your reference.
