Amazon states I have 2 Seller accounts. I do not. Amazon is requiring I change the other account. The one that I have no access to since it is not mine. A

I cannot access or change the other account since it is not mine. Amazon will not tell me why they think it is mine. Anybody have any ideas how I can resolve this?

Since this is a situation were you were identified as being associated with another store that is currently not eligible to sell on amazon, your account was substituent deactivated due to the association identified. We will never provide more information other than the store name, and on some occasions you will receive the date the store was created, and region if needed.

When it comes to addressing these concerns the first thing we inquire on is if you have any knowledge of other stores you may have created or stopped using in the past. Do you have any friends or family who sell or previously sold on amazon? Have you hired anyone to help with your account in any fashion? This also includes them helping to create, register or maintain the account on any level. Does "ANYONE" have access to your devices used to access the store inducing employees, staff, or business partners?

Once you identified the reason for the association you will be able to follow one of the two paths we provide to dispute this deactivation reason.

The first thing we will ask for is supporting documentation such as contracts & termination agreements, bill of sale, or transfer of ownership. Keep in mind that the documents listed here should have been provided in your original notification, but also that this is not an exhaustive list. The goal is to understand how or why another store could be associated with you, this includes other companies you may cooperate or collaborate with, supporting documents can help show that separation and make the account eligible for reactivation.

If the documentation does not exist, we will not require you to change anything in the other account. We will however require that the associated store is reactivated. If the account stays deactivated, your store will stay in violation of this policy making ineligible for reactivation. Even if reactivated right now, it would be deactivated again for the exact same issue and association looping the process.

Should the required documents do not exist, or as mentioned you cannot access the other store, you may not be eligible for reactivation as these are the only two paths provided in these situations.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
