Missing SOA Merchant invoices after prviding EU VAT.

Can anyone help me understand, why amazon stop generating invoices for refferal fee once we provide our EU VAT registration ?
Those refferal fees are our expensees and we need proof for TAX office that we pay those expenses, we cannot use excel report.
