Urgent Case Escalation Request – Immediate Resolution Needed

Dear Moderators,

I am writing to urgently request case escalation and swift resolution regarding a critical issue impacting our Amazon account (Case ID: 15513901891). With approximately 80% of our products are affected by this situation, severely hindering our ability to replenish FBA inventory.

The core issue involves two ASINs being flagged as inauthentic. We have provided the required invoices proving their authenticity, but they have been rejected due to the supplier's address appearing on our account. This address is present because we also dropship case pack items from the supplier, fully adhering to Amazon's Drop Shipping Policy. We regularly update inventory locations via shipping templates to ensure accurate shipping estimates for customers. There are no Amazon policies indicating this practice is disallowed.

In addition to our partnership with the supplier, we are registered brand agents for several grocery brands and have our own brand with a GTIN Exemption in the grocery category. This demonstrates our commitment to maintaining compliance and authenticity.
