PPC Credits not showing up

Hello. I see I got an email from Amazon Ads stating that they will be giving me $100 dollar promotional PPC credits if I stay active on PPC for over 30 days. I started my campaign on 8/27, so it&#39;s been over 30 days. Problem is I do not see it active in my billing section under the promotions area. There was no code in the email, just them stating they would give me this once I reached this duration. Am I missing something? Why is this not activating?
