Base Reserve Policy Extension - No Answer from Amazon

Looking for some help from moderators please?
Our base reserve policy is due to come into place 19 June, we had an email that said we could apply for an extensions.
It requested we email eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk
We have emailed requesting an extension due to the extra cash flow problem the news about VAT on fees will cause. Should I have included our merchant token?
I have emailed twice now and got now reply -
How do I know that they have the email, what timescale should I be waiting on?
Any advise
It is business critical so even a no would be better than a no reply if you see what I mean!

We are in exactly the same position. - Last email we recieved was
'Your reserve policy change – Postponed to 19 June 2024'
Have sent multiple emails the past 3/4 weeks to the below email addresses:
eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk & payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk
Still have no responce at all. - Seller support have told me to contact payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk as seller support cannot help.

Had conformation of getting an extension this morning.
Requested it from my amazon email address, kept it polite and to the point.
Took about three days to hear back, I included my company name and merchant token in the request. if this helps.

We have still not recieved a responce to our policy extension request. Have tried both emails & included Merchant Token.
First email was sent to policy-extension on 22/05.
Seller support state to contact payments-investigate (no responce also)
