Branded Listings Removed

Just wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.

We’re a U.S.-registered C corp, doing mainly wholesale. We’ve been selling on Amazon for over a year, no policy violations, all clean. All our products are sourced from authorized U.S. distributors, and we have full invoices and shipping records for everything.

Yesterday, we got hit with an email from Amazon saying our business is “located outside of Amazon.com” — which makes no sense — and they’ve now removed or blocked most of our branded listings. We can’t list almost any branded product at this point.

We’ve always followed the rules, even bought the required liability insurance Amazon asks for. This came out of nowhere and pretty much shut down our listings overnight.

Anyone else dealt with this? Any idea how to get this reviewed or escalated?

Unfortunately for me one brand imparticular I sell was deactivated and I had just shipped two different shipments to fba costing me over 200$ to ship and I had a bunch of that brand in the boxes. Now they're inactive and im sol without a invoice. Not to mention ill have to pay to create a removal order for the brands they all deactivated that ive already been selling for months. Hello @Seller_09is3ZIgJl7qx,

We recently sent a message indicating that your listings were removed because your business is located outside of “Amazon.com.” This was an error. To clarify, the action was taken because your business is located outside of the United States.

Some products on Amazon.com are subject to regional selling restrictions. We take these actions to ensure that the items sold in our stores meet local regulatory, safety, and authenticity standards.

What is my selling status?

These products are currently restricted to qualified sellers only and new applications are not being accepted. If eligibility requirements change, a "Request approval" option will appear in the "Add Products" tool in Seller Central.

For more information on product and listing requirements, refer to "Categories and products that require approval".

Have your products been incorrectly identified?

If you believe that we have misidentified your products, submit a dispute through the "View Selling Applications" dashboard in Seller Central.

We're here to help.

If you have further questions, contact Selling Partner Support.

Thank you for your understanding
