Incorrect Violation Notices and Prolonged Account Review During Q4
Hello,
It seems that Amazon has sent incorrect violation notices to many sellers during the Q4 period, leading to account deactivations. Unfortunately, our account was also deactivated, and the review process is taking much longer than expected. We are struggling to understand why Amazon is prolonging this review.
We had prepared our inventory specifically for the Q4 season, and our business is heavily dependent on this period. However, this unfortunate situation has severely impacted our operations. As this is our sole source of income, the deactivation has caused significant financial and emotional strain. Are there other sellers facing a similar situation? What is Amazon planning to do about this?
Thank you.

Amazon is far from perfect (or even acceptable) at times. Sometimes they get it wrong, but more often, they get it right.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
