Typically, under the section for we are here to help, we provide an email address to make our disbursement teams aware of your technical issues. As this is funds related this would be the only team to offer additional support.
Have you emailed this team to educate them on the issues you've experienced? I also wanted to inquire if you were aware as to why the funds were being held? Was there an account deactivation due to this verification issue, or was there another issue?
If there was an account deactivation, I would advise providing the deactivation notice as we may be able to offer guidance on next steps or requirements.
