Amazon is expected to adhere to the competition laws, could you please remove or amend the amazon offering? this will allow the seller partners to have an opportunity to get a share of the buybox.

It addition to what you have raised I noticed the product dimensions say 53L x 26W x 28H centimetres yet under the heading from the manufacturer says 2. Size: 41L, MISC also says black and red there is no red on the product image. Big differed betweeen 41 litre back and 53 litre bag.

As a seller, don't ever expect anything good from Amazon ! There are many ways in which Amazon bend the rules, or laws, to prevent sellers trading. Perhaps the worst instance of this is selling goods themselves that they also allow their merchant traders to advertise and sell. This is so easy for Amazon to manipulate, certainly unethicaly even if not illegally ! They are big enough, and merchant sellers are small enough, for them to get away with it - who is going to challenge them ?

It is good you are still on the listing; I have seen a lot of items coming up to christmas that Amazon must be getting stock for, kick everyone off and then lock it and gate you and then say they are not accepting request for listing on this this Product at this time just so they can take the best performing listings,
It is just how scamazon are and unfortunately that’s the price we pay for having to use their platform, they are a law to themselves.
But your sample is bad as if they have no stock under their own fair play rules on the buy box they should be back of the queue.

We have been investigating other listings, and noticed a very similar pattern. Looks like this 3-7months delivery time is a tool for Amazon retail to shy away the customers from the listing where they don't have stock and divert the demand to listings of a similar product but a different size/colour/brand where they have stock.
