Return Fraud!

ORDER ID 112-5971962-8727401

The customer returned a product different than shipped one (different serial number) and in a damaged condition. I have shared the different and broken product pictures via Amazon return page. Despite our complaint, no action was taken against the customer. Later, the customer requested a full refund and left us a negative feedback. The customer is a fraudster who engaged in return fraud and left an unfair negative feedback.

I attempted to remove the feedback through the Feedback Manager, but only received automated messages. Could you kindly review the customer’s account and remove the negative comment or assist me in getting the review removed?

First of all, It is Amazon who trained their buyers that they can do just what your buyer did and get away with it. While Jeff Bazos cashed out his Billions and built a mega-yacht, he did create the largest company that supports online buyer fraud in the country.

OP: " Despite our complaint, no action was taken against the customer."

Correct, although some buyers are flagged and no longer allowed to return any products on the site.

OP: "I attempted to remove the feedback through the Feedback Manager,"

Correct again. The feedback is there to stay. Just make sure you respond setting things straight.

To be reimbursed for any refund issued to the buyer, you must file a Safe-T claim. They are only as effective as to how well they are crafted.

After review, I can confirm that there are only certain cases where Amazon can remove seller feedback comments. In short, they are:

  • When the comment contains personal information,
  • when it contains profanity,
  • or when it is purely a product review, with no reflection on the services from the seller.

In this case, the customer left a comment complaining about the lack of refund/resolution provided by the seller. I apologize that this was received, and that it does not meet any of the above situations when Amazon can remove feedback comments.

In situations such as this, you can reach out to the customer to help resolve the feedback issue, or if that is not available, you can post a public reply to help set the record straight!
