how to prove my invoice is not forged or manipulated

Amazon requires me to send 2 Asins' invoices to get the brand approval.

I contacted the supplier and them send me the invoices.

The supplier is trustable, it is one of the largest suppliers in this area.

The invoices look fine too, I summited their invoices to amazon for years. no problem before.

But amazon insisted on that my invoices are forged or manipulated.

No matter how I explain. I attached the order confirmation, the emails, the shipping history and everything I can find. the amazon still think my invoices are forged or manipulated.

I tried to print out and scan it. still does not work.

I never alter the invoices. just spend 5 minutes to call the supplier, you can verify it.

what can I do now? how to prove my invoice is not forged or manipulated?

Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all included.

- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, terms of sale

- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name

- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,

- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials

- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number

Some have more, and some have less, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.

Everything is clearly shown on a commercial invoice. Even your Reps phone number is there for Amazon to call in necessary to validate.

Where are you buying your products?

Hello @Seller_EkyXKZYmtmdvp,

Michelle at Amazon here. @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX has provided you with some great information. I have also reviewed the case that you provided and see that they have given you the reasons why your approval was declined. You will need to provide a new invoice that meets the requirements within the last 365 days for review again as your one invoice is not within the required timeline. Unfortunately, without the invoice being within the required time frame, there is nothing further that I will be able to do for you on this issue.

If you are able to submit the required information and are still having issues, please reach back out so we can take a look.

Regards,

Michelle
