how many product authenticity complaints are called very high?

Hello. I have received 2 product authenticity complaints in last 3 months. Even after submitting valid documents, Amazon is not accepting it. 1 authenticity complaint that I accepted it but I am hesitating to accept the 2 nd one as It could lead to my account suspension. However, if I won't accept the violation then it keep affecting my account health.

Any help in this case? Should I just accept it? Been on the amazon for 1.5 years now. How many authenticity complaint are considered as dangerous to account suspension?

I'd like to kindly ask you to let us know what kind of documentation you've sent to be able to remove the authenticity violations and Amazon denied. I'd like to see if there is anything else you can send as additional documentation to reinstate your items.

If you have the option of accepting the violation you and you do not have the documents to reactivate the ASIN, you can always acknowledge the violation and remove the violation from your dashboard. This will not suspend or deactivate your account. The only bad side about that is that you will not be able to sell the item again on Amazon.

This depends on each violation, there are some violations that have no impact to the account health and others, like repeat and critical violations, that might deactivate the account pretty quick. When you’ve reached the maximum number of repeat violations for a given policy (The maximum number of repeat violations is five for infringement related policies and two for restricted products policies), a critical violation will surface on your Account. Your AHR will turn red and reflect a numeric score of zero. You will have a 3 day grace period to address the violation prior to account deactivation.
