VTR IS DROPING EVERY DAY WITH YODEL

Hi all,

My VTR has droped to nearly 65%, I mainly use Yodel, I never had any issue but within past 4 weeks, Physical scan is not being uploaded. I have checked every single delivery which has been delivered with photo proof.

I esclated with Amazon but doesn't seem to get any help. I was told to get in tuch with YODEL which i did and challenge them.

As per Yodel, It's not possible that our delivery detail will be uploaded on our website without physical scan at customer door step. Also drivers get paid once it's scanned for delivery (that make sense).

On the other side Amazon I didn't hear anything from Amazon. Anybody know anything about it ?

I think there is another issue (or the same one) We are at 80%, which is correct on their workings of 12 out of 15 with valid tracking. Our problem is we do 15 orders a day at least not per 30 days that they are working on.

We aren't getting any VTR warning emails though.

We are using Yodel via Whistl for all orders.

Our VTR is currently 0% and there are some orders stuck on there from two months ago, (page is not uploading as it should).

Once again, Amazon have implemented a faulty system, penalised the user and given no resolution for the computer monitored errors. This leaves the sellers in a state of limbo, worrying if they will still be selling on Amazon or get suspended for no reason of their own.

I doubt this will get fixed, more likely a vague response which doesn't give a solution will be issued.

Hey everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can shed some light on an ongoing issue we’ve been facing. Between February 7th and March 7th, we shipped out over 1,700 orders using valid, trackable shipments—none of them were missing or invalid tracking numbers. Yet, our Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) has been steadily dropping, and we can’t figure out why.

We opened a case with Amazon Seller Support to try and find answers. Their internal team suggested that we should change our delivery service from “Other” to “Yodel Xpect 48.” But since we haven’t actually changed anything yet, we’re still seeing the same decline in VTR. It’s a bit frustrating because all of these orders truly do have legitimate tracking information.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? We’d really appreciate any insight or advice you can give—especially if you’ve successfully raised your VTR back up. Let’s help each other out!
