I sent a shipment to France, created the shipment in June. Due to delays the shipment has only just arrived in France (from Asia). I used Amazon Partnered Carrier - UPS to collect from the freight forwarder and deliver to the FC in France.

However my shipment has now closed.

Can I still arrange UPS to collect from the freight forwarder and deliver to Amazon FC?

Otherwise I need a refund for the partnered carrier fee as no service was carried out.
