Need Help: Ungating Issue in Dietary Supplement Category, Amazon not Answering

Hi Sellers,

I’m looking for some advice regarding an issue I’m experiencing with getting ungated in the Dietary Supplement category.

Here’s the situation:

In September, I successfully got approved to sell a brand using an invoice from a trusted supplier.

I’m now applying for ungating again with the same supplier, but my request has not been approved.

I opened a case on December 29th, followed up on January 3rd, but the case is still in "Pending Action from Amazon" status.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know why Amazon might not be responding? I’d appreciate any tips on how to get this resolved quickly.
