Can't access seller account

Hello, I used to have a professional account, but could no longer trade for personal reasons, so downgraded to an individual seller account and removed all my stock from Amazon FBA.

Sometime later Amazon then tried taking an amount of money that I didn't have in my account. My account was deactivated due to invalid payment method.

I put together some money and moved it into the account and then Amazon took the money and I could get back into my account. I did this as I needed data for my accountant.

Then again a while later, Amazon tried taking even more money from my account, again I don't have it and they've deactivated the account again. They keep calling to my bank for money every couple of weeks.

I've spent multiple hours emailing them through different support routes, only to be told each time that I need to email them through the support on my account. However I can't get to that until I move an amount of unknown money into my bank account for them to take and then reactivate my account. All that just to find out what they want the money for when I have an individual seller account, haven't traded since I had a professional account and have no stock with FBA.

Can anyone suggest what to do please? Thanks.
