VTR RATE extremely low despite using Royal Mail click & drop
In various categories we are showing below the VTR
EVERY order is sent with Royal Mail Click & Drop and this comes with tracking uploaded by Royal Mail to Amazon.
I do not understand why our VTR is low. We appeal this regularly.
When we contact Royal Mail they say "Amazon is aware of the issue."

Are you using 2nd Class postage?
For some reason Amazon do not like 2nd Class post brought through Click and Drop.
It causes your VTR to be low as they claim Royal Mail haven't scanned it even when they have. They also tell customers the item maybe lost even when there is a delivery scan.

Did you review your VTR Report to check if all of the information was correct?
