Not available in Mexico and Canada
Hello, my store is called J&J. I have had my product for sale on Amazon USA for a month. I have been asking Amazon that my product is now available for sale in the United States, but in Mexico and Canada it is marked as out of stock. I have already opened a case and they have told me that my product has restrictions in those countries, but there are sellers who sell the exact same product through FBA. Amazon still has not resolved this problem for me. Has anyone experienced something similar? Let me know if you can solve it.
