FBM Order to Las Palmas
Hello,
We have had a customer in Las Palmas place an order for one of our products on the Amazon.co.uk marketplace. We would normally use the buy shipping option, or if we have stock, Amazon MCF from Germany direct to Spain. However, MCF and ‘Buy Shipping’ does not support a service to The Canary Islands.
In our UK shipping options, there seems to be no option to exclude The Canaries from the Spain delivery profile, so this leaves us with a little problem. If we cancel the order, surely it will affect our metrics? We cannot ship with MCF or Buy Shipping, and we cannot exclude this zone from any future orders.
What should we do in this situation?
The only option I can see is to exclude Spain completely from our fulfilment to stop these instances happening agin in the future.
Any ideas?

Buy Shipping is only for UK domestic deliveries.
For this order you will need to use another shipping method - RM via their online site, or another carrier.
If you don’t want to ship overseas at all then you need to disable that in your shipping settings.

You also need to watch the order as I believe that the Canaries fall outside the EU VAT zone so it should be a VAT free export order. Not sure how Amazon actually handle that one.
