Hello friends, I have a request, please. I have been a seller on Amazon for about 4 months. I have not received any sales yet. I work in print on demand. The buy box did not appear for me.

The buy box rarely appears for new sellers. There is a secret recipe for the buy box that no one can tell you. Some of the factors are selling time, price, promised delivery date, amount of sales, etc etc etc.

Most likely is the product you are offering to sell.. Amazon selling for a profit is easy, sell only products that buyers want and need, and sell them at the lowest price. These are the products that sell themselves.

Print on demand products is what every community has locally. On the Amazon site, they are notorious for buyers claiming not what was expected, and Seller service gives them a free refund with no return from your account.

The Featured Offer (Buy Box) is not a right or a given. It is like the old Clairol TV add used to say, "Only your hairdresser knows for sure". Now just replace the hairdresser with Amazon. It is run by an Algorithm Bot that giveth and taketh away.

In addition, Amazon uses this as a ploy to entice sellers to use FBA but remember this. There can only be one Featured Offer for each unique product. Sellers seem to enjoy it when they have it, and then complain when they do not. But remember, when a seller is disappointed with the loss of the featured offer, they seem to forget, another seller is happy with that loss, because it is their gain.

I have been selling on Amazon since 2018 and there are still items I have that don't get the buy box and I am the only one selling that item, meaning, there is no competition for the buy box.

There are so many things considered when you do or do not get the buy box, they will tell you that only certain things matter but I believe their AI system is so far gone that even they do not know what actually will affect things.

In general Amazon does not guarantee the Featured Offer for any seller. However if you are having issues with Featured Offer eligibility if you provide your case ID and I can initiate an internal review. I won't be able to share the results but I will be able to indicate when the review is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
