Deactivated account being charged 5 years later

I deactivated my account in 2018. I did not have anything to sell therefore I had no inventory. On Sunday and Monday I get charged for $20 and $19.99 saying it is for AMZ*Amazon Payments. How do I go about deactivating my account and getting those charges refunded?

Got an e-mail from Amazon "We have charged your credit card for $19.99 in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance...." I talked to Amazon on Sunday and they do not see a balance. I check this profile and do not see a balance. I do not know where they are getting a balance.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
