Amazon Shipping Refund

I purchased an Evri label via Amazon and the item has not been delivered.

Cannot find how to claim a refund on the Amazon shipping charge.

Anyone had experience of this issue?

Did you review this help page: Refunds of Buy Shipping fees?

I am not sure if this is your case, but as per the help page:

"If you dispatch a package and confirm the shipment on time, but the carrier delivers it late, you are not obligated to issue a shipping refund to the buyer. Instead, direct the buyer to contact the carrier and request a refund based on the carrier's on-time delivery guarantee."
