Could someone please better explain account level reserve as the amount they say they will pay me on the next payout keeps going up & down!

I posted a similar question last week but it went unanswered so I am trying again for help. The last payment I had was on 12th September, I am on two weekly payouts. It said the next initiation would be on 10/10/24
The amount they say they will pay out keeps changing with clear reason. It has gone from £200 then £102 then £170 then £200 again & as of today it's gone down to £127 meanwhile the amount in my account keeps increasing as does the amount held in "account level reserve"
I have had no chargebacks or refunds in the period, just the £30 monthly fee & final value fees, I just cannot understand why the amount they say they are going to pay out is not increasing, but worse still going down! How much do these people want to hold back? I appreciate the time scale with DD+7 must be playing into this but I surely should see steady increments in the initiation amount not reductions?
