In regard to your inquiry, I understand it could be frustrated moment as you are following instructions to be able to get approved, at this point, my advice for you, is to apply to brand registry, using as brand name, the same one that you used when you register the brand to Canada trademark, otherwise during the application process it may be taken as mismatch causing delay or reject status on your application.
