Account Suspended- payment verification failes
Hey, here are the details about the suspension:
I update the phone number on identity information
After the update Amazon asked me to confirm that I have no connection to the royal family or a political body in UK, and the next day I was asked to upload 2 documents: one bank statement and the other tax registration.
I uploaded both documents, and the next day the account was suspended.
I do have the options to appeal via POA and I opened a case asking for more details.
If anyone can help, I will be very grateful.

Which bank are you using and which country are you registered for tax in ?

The requirements are outlined here (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/201200780).
– These documents must be clear and legible.
– Documents must match given details in your account.
– All documents must be in original color.
– Image must cover the whole document. If image is a national ID, both sides of card must be included.
– Documents must be less than 10MB in size.
– Acceptable file formats are .png, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf .
Please make sure the documents you provide should be in very clear, display the same information that matches info you use to register to sell on Amazon, be authentic and unaltered.
You can submit your document by click “Identity Information” to upload the required information.
Alternatively, you can send the documents to seller-verification-transfer@amazon.co.uk.
